Marylin started sewing at the tender age of ten and continued sewing for herself, her children, her relatives and friends as time permitted. She decided to study
costume design and spent a year studying in New York city and another year in the graduate costume design program at IU before deciding that the theater life style was
not for her. She took a hiatus from garment construction to explore other forms of sewing. Two years ago she picked up her needle and thread and jumped back into
garment construction.

The FitNice system is a truly remarkable system that allows everyone from the beginner to the advanced sewer to achieve a well fitting garment. After solving their
fitting issues the sewer can then focus on pattern variations and expand their sewing creativity.
