This V neck jacket looks great with or without ruffles…just add a hat and you are ready for the Derby or any other fun event. The jacket and ruffle pictured are made from raw silk and the lining is de ville. I chose raw silk because it is a natural fabric and not hot! I lined the jacket to help it with wrinkling. There is no closure—just the ruffles on the edge.
